دیدگاه پرستاران نسبت به موانع فردی و سازمانی رعایت بهداشت دست در بخشهای نوزادان تبریز، سال۱۳۹۲- قسمت ۴۸

پیشنهادات برای مطالعات بعدی:
بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌شود،
۱- مدلهای نظری از علوم رفتاری برای توصیف بیشتر تسهیل‌کننده های بهداشت دست استفاده شود، یا بر اساس تجارب پرستاران شاغل در بالین در مورد بهداشت دست، مطالعات کیفی انجام شود.
۲- انجام مطالعاتی در زمینه نحوه ایجاد تغییر مثبت در نگرش و اعتقادات پرستاران، بسیار احساس می‌شود.
۳- مداخلاتی در جهت استانداردسازی آمار بخش نوزادان و کاهش حجم کاری پرستاران، انجام و سپس وضعیت بهداشت دست مورد بررسی قرار گیرد، (که در هیچیک از مطالعات جهت حذف موانع محیطی مداخله‌ای نشده بود.)
۴- وضعیت بهداشت دست در بخش‌های استاندارد از نظر تجهیزات با بخش‌های غیراستاندارد
مقایسه شوند.
۵- پزشکان و مدیران ارشد در زمینه الگو بودن و تاثیر رفتارهای آنان بر روی سایر پرسنل آموزش داده شوند تا به عنوان مدلها و هنجارهای اجتماعی مثبت در بخشهای درمانی رفتار متعادلی از خود نشان دهند. (زیرا در بحث موانع مدیریتی به عنوان مهمترین آیتمی بود که از نظر شرکت کنند‌گان در تمکین آنها نسبت به رعایت بهداشت دست به صورت منفی تاثیرگذار بود.)
۶- پیشنهاد می‌شود این مطالعه با حجم نمونه بالاتر نیز در سطح کشور انجام شود.
