criteria and sub-criteria.In thisregard,theidentificationof criteria andsub-criteria that influencethe successnewservicesinthe branches ofthe Keshavarzi Bank. were used questionnaires by expertanalysis method ,then Wereusedto determine theweights ofcriteriaidentifiedby thetechnique ofAHP.
That at thisstagetheexpert opinionshave been extracted, indicators pairedcomparisonsand anddetermined weights thenthroughquestionnaires.
The results ofdata analysisshows,amongsixmain criteria identified, job satisfaction, byweight0.338 are theimportanceplacedonthe first category and have been among thenext item service-oriented, management,customer relationship management, electronic service ,traditional servicesquality.
